In 2020, Techlico Inc. was selected for the “300 Vibrant Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Small Businesses” initiative. The selection was based on the company’s innovation activities through its MR rehabilitation support service Rehamaru.
About the Program
This initiative, implemented by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency of Japan, recognizes SMEs with particularly outstanding achievements in areas such as business innovation, regional contribution, and international expansion.
Reason for Selection and Evaluation Points
Rehamaru was highly evaluated as an advanced example of digital utilization in medical and caregiving settings. Its proactive adoption of ICT and IoT for service improvement, along with its collaborative framework involving local communities, government, and research institutions, were key factors in the recognition.
